Tension Incline DB Bench Press (bottom half only) - 3x10....50s

Hammer Strength Bench Piston Press - 90x15, 12, 12

Reverse Grip Pushdowns - 100x12, 110x10, 120x10

The superset burned like crazy, glad elbow has held up since I switched to this program style.
