ReplyDeletethey are, but there are progressions I'd recommend first if you want to try them.
ReplyDeleteGood thing you told me now - I was going to do them as part of leg day tomorrow! If you have a useful link, that would be great; or, if we can work them into one of our sessions.
DeleteLets work them into our routine this saturday, rarely do I recommend doing a new exercise without proper instruction, especially one like this.
