Will the new plates be for general members' use, or just in PT sessions?
ReplyDeleteGeneral use I believe, but I'll have to make sure some doornob doesn't use them for curls or bench press, the iron plates are for that, bumper plates are designed so they can be dropped, so they should only be used for exercises where that's a possibility....I feel the young kids may not listen to that.
