Bent Over Reverse Flies - 25sx10, 30sx10, 10

Straight Bar Curls - 3x8.....75

TRX Pullups are a new exercise, they were kind of a mix between neutral and chinups and I lifted all the way up till the straps touched my chest, so kind of a C2B style.
