Upper Body


It doesn't look too bad, but I don't bruise easily, so it is quite sore.  My erector felt much better so I wasn't worried about that.

Cable Fly - 18x10, 20x10, 10
Cable Bench - 18x10, 20x10, 6

Cable Row - 3x12......30

I had to stop there as I was on a time constraint, good workout!
