Full Body


Ful body with a heavier ish accent on it.

Sumo Deadlift (touch and go)

DB Bench Press
65sx6

90sx5

Wide-Grip Pullups - 10, 10, 8

I limited the sets I'd normally do on deadlifts, opting for higher reps and getting there quicker, which for me is harder.  The two sets at 315 were definately heavy, I used straps.  The last set on the db bench press was easier for 5 reps than last time which is good, I've never done the 100s for flat only decline, I wonder how many I could get, if any.  The pullups were to balance out a little, good full body routine.
