Arm day, a very rare day for me and it probably won't come back often, I was just bored.

Dips - 25x8, 35x8, 45x8, 55x8

DB Curls - 30sx10, 8, 8

Overhead Rope Extensions - 42.5x10, 50x10, 57.5x7
