Finally, and I mean FINALLY, I got a pr on my bench press at 225, I was stuck at 2 or 3 reps for what seems like forever, goes to before my surgery and after. The 3 reps felt great so I went for a 4th, I failed last time (on video) but this time it was slow but went up smoothly, finally!!
