Cable Row - 3x12.......30

3 Rounds, rest as needed between rounds
12 Wide Pullups
15 Dips

Overhead Rope extension - 3x12.....55
DB Rotating Curl - 3x12.....30s

The second and third round of pullups were broken, none of the dip sets were.
