Plyo Pushups - 14, 14, 12
Incline KB Iso Fly - 35s....2 sets for max time
Rope Pushdown - 50x15, 15, 12
It was very very close on that last set for bench press, the second pairing really burned also. Plyo pushups can be seen in a demonstration below.
