Upper body, light
Nice and easy upper body workout, didn't go too heavy just wanted to get something minor in.
Neutral Grip Pullups - 3x10
Close Grip Bench Press
135x10
155x10
155x9
KB Curls - 3x10....with 25s
Pushdowns - 65x10, 72.5x10, 10
Nice and simple!
