Upper Body


Wanted to try barbell bench again,

Cable Row

Incline Machine Bench - 3x8....195

Dual Pulley Pulldown - 3x8......80

Leg Elevated situp - 3x10

Kept the bench presses reasonable, not light but not overly heavy either, felt good.
