10 Ring Dips
8 Chinups
7 rounds plus 3 Chinups

Alternate Sets
Machine Pushdown - 3x12.....150
Preacher Curl - 3x12.....80

Fun little upper circuit as I was low on time again.  I didn't finish a whole 8 rounds, but it does total 80 ring dips and 59 chinups.
